What the premium bottles charge for the same thing
The number that reframes this is the per-serving comparison. For the same 200 mg of elemental magnesium, the “premium” glycinate shelf runs far more: Thorne (83/100) is about $0.87 a serving for the same form and dose, and BiOptimizers (61/100) is about $1.33 a serving for a proprietary blend that pushes past the 350 mg supplemental ceiling.
