Evidence standards

Every factual claim we publish is checked against a primary source — the current product label, manufacturer documentation, regulatory records or primary research — and material facts display the date we verified them. We separate verifiable facts from interpretation and observation, we do not apply ingredient research to finished formulas as if it were proof, and we write "not stated" or "not verified" whenever that is the truth. The full scoring system lives on the methodology page.

Corrections

Accuracy matters to us. When we identify a material error, we correct it and record the change. Formula updates, price changes and minor copy edits may be updated without changing the article’s central conclusion.

Reader review guidelines

We publish reader reports on review pages. We don’t fact-check or verify individual reviewers’ claims — their opinions and experiences are their own, and we never present reader reports as evidence a product works or doesn’t. Before publishing, every submission is screened against these guidelines:

"Verified purchase" labels appear only when the reviewer has shown us proof of purchase. We keep records of what was published, what was rejected and why. To flag a published report you believe breaches these guidelines, contact us.

Commercial independence

Scores, rankings and verdicts are editorial decisions made under the published methodology. Advertisers, affiliate partners and reviewed companies do not see conclusions before publication and cannot approve them. Our ownership relationship with Earth Energy Supplements is disclosed near every recommendation it could touch — see how we make money.

Content refresh schedule

Prices and availability are re-checked monthly on active pages; subscription terms and return policies quarterly; labels and formula amounts at least every six months. Formula changes, recalls, FDA or FTC actions, lawsuits and material price changes trigger immediate updates. Every page shows its published and updated dates.
